Both of our gyms have street parking outside, and we are conveniently located just a few minutes walk from nearby train, bus and metro stations.

How do I book a gym tour ?
You can book a visit to the gym by clicking on Book Now on the website, or you can email chippendale@steedfitness.com.au or milsonspoint@steedfitness.com.au. Generally our gym tours are scheduled on weekdays: 11am – 1pm, 4pm – 6pm.

What is the InBody Scan and how can I use it ?
The InBody Scan is a body composition analysis that takes less than 30 seconds. It provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water. The InBody Scan is a great tool to use to track your progress and get more information on your body.
Both of our gyms are equipped with an InBody Scan machine that is free for members to use by booking an appointment with staff or with their Personal Trainer.
Non-members can inquire via email to book an appointment to use the machine at the cost of a Day Pass, 1 Day gym access is included.

Am I allowed to bring my kid ?
Children aged 14-16 are allowed in the gym with parental/guardian supervision, they must purchase a casual pass if they intend to use the gym equipment
Children under 14 years of age are not permitted on the gym floor under any circumstances, we have seating spaces available for them to sit and wait during your workout.

How old do I have to be to workout at Steed ?
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the gym unsupervised.
Children 14 to 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. They are not permitted to use the gym unsupervised.

Am I allowed to bring my dog to the gym ?
CBoth of our gyms are dog-friendly. We kindly ask that your dog is kept on a leash at all times for their safety and the safety of our members. Please ensure to clean up after your pet if necessary.

Click HERE to purchase a membership that is suitable for you. Once you have registered successfully, you may download the Gym Master App and access the gym with Bluetooth.

We offer casual passes for 1 Day and 1 Week so your holiday won’t stop your training! You can find the guide to purchase your pass on the poster outside the gym, or get your pass in advance here.

The Gym Master app is a great hub for managing your membership. Please submit a suspension request form through the app to freeze your membership.

Can I change my membership type ?
You can email us (chippendale@steedfitness.com.au or milsonspoint@steedfitness.com.au) to inquire about changing membership types. Typically there is no fee to do this, we are committed to helping you find a plan that suits your lifestyle!

You can easily update your payment information through the Gym Master app. Click your profile picture from the side menu, then go to ‘Update Billing Details’. You will receive a confirmation email once your details are confirmed.

I can’t access the gym/my swipe card or Gymmaster App is not working
Cannot open the door upon Check-in
Please double check on the Gym Master app if your membership has expired or if there is an owing balance on your account. You may renew your membership and make a payment on the app. Once the payment is cleared, you will be able to check-in by reopening the app.
Please be aware of access times between 5:30am to 10pm every day, or 8am to 5pm on weekdays for Off-Peak membership holders. Member access will not be granted outside of these times.

Please close the app completely and then re-open the App, the Check-in button should appear normally.
