As the founder of Steed Fitness, Jee believes Fitness is not just about physical but also about mental health and overall well- being. Over 8 years’ experience in fitness industry, Jee helped so many clients to achieve their goals.

Jee always want to help his clients to balance their life, how to balance training and diet or lifestyles is very important, training should be enjoyable, not boring or painful!
